Our History
In 1872, Michael Hund and his family settled in Mill Creek Valley near what was later to become the town of Paxico, KS. His great, great grandson, John Hund, has resurrected his traditional German sausage recipe, reducing amounts of salt, fat, and adding 10% apple, while staying true to the all natural original formula. Serve it as a main dish or for breakfast. It's a taste of history we think you'll truly enjoy.
